Annual Meeting

The Gulf Coast State College Foundation was chartered by the State of Florida as a corporation not for profit on October 16, 1967. Since that time, the Foundation has grown considerably in membership and assets while remaining faithful to its original philosophy and purpose.

The annual meeting of the members of this organization shall be held each and every year on or around the first Friday in February. The Board of Directors shall fix the day and time for such annual meeting. The secretary shall cause to be mailed to every member in good standing at his address as it appears on the membership roster of this organization a notice telling the time and place of such annual meeting.

The Foundation’s annual meeting covers three different areas – the presenting of the slate of Foundation officers and directors; the presenting of the Foundation’s annual report; the recognition of donors who have reached certain giving levels or societies.  Also the Foundation uses this meeting to highlight and showcase the College.

For membership information, please contact Lori Eldridge, Donor Relations Coordinator at (850) 769-1551 x-6010 or [email protected].
